Spotlight on Field Instructors Submission Form

Thank you for taking an interest in Spotlight on Field Instructors. This section focuses on the experiences of our alumni and friends as professionals in the community and as field instructors to our students. If you are a field instructor for the School of Social Work and would like to be featured in this section, please fill out the form below. If you have any questions about this section or the form, please contact Amber Francis at francisa@missouri.edu.

If you are a MU School of Social Work student or alum and would like to be featured in the "spotlight," please complete the student form or alumni form. The field instructor form below is only for field instructors. Items marked with an asterisk are required.

This will ensure that the file size isn't too large to send. Please e-mail your picture to Amber Francis with the subject heading "Spotlight on Students, Alumni & Friends." If you would prefer to mail a picture to us, please send it to the address at the bottom of the page. Make sure that the picture you send is a picture you own and have usage rights to and is not the property of a professional photographer!
